The conference fee includes the participation to the conference, the welcome party, all coffee breaks and lunches during the conference and the social dinner. It does not cover accommodation and travel expenses.

* A proof of EPS membership is required.
**Student fees are only valid for undergraduate, master and PhD students. A proof of enrollment or a letter from supervisor should be provided.
Payments can be made via credit card or bank transfer.
CANCELLATION POLICY :
- Requests for cancellation must be submitted in writing by email to administration@ecpd-conference.com
- A full reimbursement of the fee, less a EUR 50 cancellation fee, will be provided for cancellations received by March 25, 2027
- For cancellations received between March 26, 2027 and April 18, 2027, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded
- No refunds will be granted for cancellations received on or after April 19, 2027
- No-shows are not eligible for any refund
- Refunds will be processed after the conference
- Failure to obtain a visa does not entitle a participant to any refund outside the terms of the cancellation policy above.
The participant acknowledges that no claims for damages may be made against the organisers in the event that the congress is hindered or prevented by unforeseen political or economic events, or force majeure. By registering, the participant accepts these conditions.
