Invited Speakers
Invited speakers are allocated extended presentation slots.
- Presentation duration: 25 minutes + 5minutes Q&A
- Format: On-site presentation
- Submission of material: Please upload your slides in advance on indico or bring them on a USB device before your session starts
- Session attendance: Kindly arrive at the session room at least 10 minutes before the start
- Timing: Strict adherence to time limits is essential to ensure smooth session flow
We encourage invited speakers to provide a broad and accessible overview of their topic, addressing a diverse audience.
Oral Presentations
Contributed oral presentations are organized into thematic sessions.
- Presentation duration: 15 minutes + 5 minutes Q&A
- File preparation: Standard formats (PDF or PowerPoint) are accepted
- Submission of material: Presentations should be uploaded before the session on indico oror bring them on a USB device before your session starts
- Session attendance: Kindly arrive at the session room at least 10 minutes before the start
- Timing: Strict adherence to time limits is essential to ensure smooth session flow
Poster Presentations
Poster sessions provide an excellent opportunity for in-depth discussions.
- Poster format: [A0 portrait (84 × 119 cm)]
- Display: Posters should be mounted prior to the assigned session time
- Materials: Mounting materials will be provided on site
- Attendance: Authors are expected to be present at their poster during the designated session
Posters should be designed to be clear and visually engaging, facilitating direct interaction with participants.
